Cement mason wanted in Perquimans County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cement mason in Perquimans County, North Carolina. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. Day to day you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules We offer $130 per day plus benefits.
