Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Pend Oreille County, Washington. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
