Crane rigger — Fulton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane rigger in Fulton County, New York. You will be based at a shipyard. Your main tasks: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals Part-time with flexible hours. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
