Concrete labourer — Guilford County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Guilford County, North Carolina. The job is on a high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Full-time, day shift.
