Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kay County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
