Bakery assistant — Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Monroe County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
