Core maker wanted in Barde

Now hiring: we are hiring a core maker in Barde, Yobe State. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. You will fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
