Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights 2+ years on the tools preferred.
