Sewing machine operator — Clinton County

Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Clinton County, Michigan. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Part-time with flexible hours.
