Pastry baker — Houston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Houston County, Tennessee. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
