Powder coating operator — Ottawa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Ottawa County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
