Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Cleveland County, Arkansas. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
