Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Gilliam County, Oregon. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
