System scaffolder — Elmore County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Elmore County, Alabama. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. On the job you will handle: • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice 2+ years on the tools preferred.
