Vacancy available: we are hiring a press machine operator in Adair County, Missouri. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
