Immediate opening: moulder (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Kimble County, Texas. You will work in the fettling and dressing shop. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling On a typical shift you will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities.
