Kitchen steward — Tuscola County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Tuscola County, Michigan. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
