VMC operator — Harnett County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Harnett County, North Carolina. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. You will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
