Vacancy available: refrigeration installation technician (Oregon)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Lake County, Oregon. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Day to day you will trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays. What we are looking for: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
