You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Full-time with occasional weekends.
