Elevator technician • Orange County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in Orange County, Virginia. The role involves: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
