Cake decorator — Pierce County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pierce County, Georgia. The job is in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
