Formwork carpenter • Cameron County, Pennsylvania

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. You will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
