Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel painter in Cross County, Arkansas. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. On a typical shift you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
