Scullery hand — Fulton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Fulton County, Kentucky. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
