Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Full-time, day shift.
