Kitchen porter — Ebonyi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ebonyi, Ebonyi State. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
