Vacancy available: overhead (EOT) crane operator (Scotland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in West Lothian, Scotland. The role involves: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
