Immediate opening: electrostatic spray painter (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Wood County, West Virginia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 1+ years on the tools preferred.
