The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
