Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Tulare County, California. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols The role involves check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts.
