Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On a typical shift you will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards.
