Pastry baker — Maricopa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Maricopa County, Arizona. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
