GTAW welder • Howard County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Howard County, Nebraska. The role involves: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
