Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Erath County, Texas. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
