Gypsum plasterer — Stearns County

Join our team: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Stearns County, Minnesota. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Your main tasks: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork 2+ years on the tools preferred.
