Bread baker — Miami County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Miami County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred.
