Semi-automatic welder wanted in Grayson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Grayson County, Texas. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
