Lifting rigger — Bannock County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Bannock County, Idaho. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
