Immediate opening: we are hiring a power press operator in Harrison County, Iowa. You will work at a white goods manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Your main tasks: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Rotating shifts.
