We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Barbour County, Alabama. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time, day shift.
