Concrete labourer • Pottawatomie County, Kansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. You will work in a residential housing project. On the job you will handle: • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
