Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Hardin County, Tennessee. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Your main tasks: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
