Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Madison County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
