Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Red Lake County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
