Butcher wanted in Grant Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Grant Parish, Louisiana. You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 5+ years on the tools preferred.
