Immediate opening: catering cook (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Jackson County, Alabama. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
