Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience.
