Steel fixer — Jefferson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixer in Jefferson County, Idaho. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
