Visual inspection operator — Kosciusko County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
